This tour is the perfect combination of exercise and relaxation. After a 3hr walk, hikers will come to this pristine secluded hotspring located outside of the town of Volcán. This is not the typical tourist destination so it is unlikely to see any travelers other than a few local ngöbe-buglé. A small stream flows past the pool, a perfect place to cool down after a long soak.
This tour can be done as a day hike or as a camping trip.

Make sure to bring a bathing suit, towel and maybe a relaxing brew. It is wise to bring a rain poncho as well, especially if traveling during the rainy season.
Campers need to bring a good backpack, tent and sleeping bag. Make sure to bring a coat, temperatures in Volcán can be much cooler than the rest of Panama.
